A company is looking for a Mid-Market II Account Executive to join their Sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals
Guide prospects through a value-oriented sales process to meet and exceed quarterly goals
Proactively manage the pipeline of opportunities and deliver accurate revenue forecasts
Required Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in full-cycle sales with a track record of exceeding $1M+ quotas
Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive and C-level
Strong business acumen for building compelling business cases for technology investments
Experience in the HR Tech industry is a plus
