What does a Skilled Tradesperson with Paul Davis do?
This position will be responsible for daily field production responding to board up calls throughout out the day with the Quick Response Force Team.

Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to :
- Respond to business hours board up calls
- Alternate on-call weeks with Commercial QRF Specialist
- Assist with dispatching Skilled Trades team
- Responding to calls throughout the evening, when needed
- Perform labor tasks on reconstruction jobs when no board-up calls are in queue

Job Requirements :
- Exceptional customer service skills and empathy
- Comfortable interacting with Police and Fire Department
- Responsible, self-starting individual
- Experience with ladders, roofing, and basic carpentry
- Proficient use of hand, pneumatic, and power tools
- 24 / 7 response experience a plus
- Valid driver’s license and background check
- Experience towing and backing a large trailer
- Ability to stand, squat, walk, and carry heavy items for long hours
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements :
- Lift (constantly) 5-40 lbs., lift (frequently) 20-100 lbs..
- May involve significant stand / walk / push / pull.
- Occasional climbing (ladders, etc.), balancing, crouching, frequent stooping, reaching, kneeling, and handling.
- Ability to work in confined spaces.
- Exposure to weather with temperatures ranging from mild / moderate to extreme cold / heat.
- Exposure to noise levels ranging from moderate to loud from occasional to frequent.
