outpatient orthopedic experience preferred License : Licensed or license pending as a Physical Therapist in California Certifications : None specified Must-Have : Strong clinical decision-making skills- Ability to work as a collaborative team member- Strong interpersonal and communication skills- Engaging, friendly, and professional demeanor Job Description : Evaluate, treat, and develop a plan of care and exercise prescription for patient caseload.
- Provide accurate and timely documentation in the EMR for all treatments provided.- Manage appropriate discharge management and patient follow-up.
- Supervise support staff, including Physical Therapist Assistants and aides.- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
Candidates must be motivated, team-oriented clinicians focused on providing exceptional patient-centric experiences in an outpatient clinic setting.
