Wisler Plumbing and Air has a few limited openings for amazing candidates who are looking to learn the plumbing, HVAC, and water quality industry! We have an accredited training program to show you the ropes that includes both class time and real on-the-job experience before you graduate to the next level! This is an opportunity of a lifetime!
Your New Role
You’ll be our Sales Representative in the Roanoke area, making sure homeowners know how our plumbing, HVAC, and water quality services can make their lives easier.
You’re not just selling a product you’re offering peace of mind. Whether it's a leaky faucet or a full HVAC system, your role is to prospect, build trust with clients, and close deals that both you and the customer feel great about.
You’ll collaborate with our team, attend industry events, and, most importantly, crush your sales targets while making a real difference for our clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Hunt down and prospect potential clients in the home services industry.
- Present, demonstrate, and sell home service solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
- Build strong relationships to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate and close deals with ease, all while meeting (or exceeding!) your sales targets.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop winning sales strategies.
- Continuously enhance your sales knowledge through training and market research.
- Attend industry events to expand your network and generate leads.

- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience (preferably in consultative selling)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Clean driving record (no reckless driving or DUIs)
- Ability to pass a clean background check and drug test
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- Management and leadership experience a plus
- Knowledge of budget goals and gross margin thresholds
