Our client, located near Nashua, Montana, is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join their Operating Room / PACU team. This position can be full or part-time. • Coordinate and deliver patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation).\n
• Develop, implement, and revise individualized, goal-directed care plans for patients.\n
• Ensure organized, accurate, and efficient care delivery in compliance with facility policies and procedures.\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.\n
• Maintain current clinical practice standards appropriate for the patient population and care setting.\n
• Demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and compassion in providing care to patients of all ages.\n\nMinimum Job Requirements : \n
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.\n
• Current Montana RN licensure or graduate nurse licensure required.\n
