Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Part-Time, Licensed Insurance Office Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member.
An Active Property and Casualty Insurance license is REQUIRED. Only applicants with an active Property and Casualty insurance license will be considered.
The main role is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Ideal candidate is a professional with a great attitude and outgoing personality! Someone who has 'never met a stranger,' has stellar computer skills, the ability to multi-task, works well with their peers, and has a true passion for helping others.
Responsibilities include but not limited to :
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
