Seeking a dynamic Director of Clinical Operations to join our team. As the leader in this role, you will oversee all facets of clinical care delivery, ensuring unparalleled service quality for our residents.
Your responsibilities will include providing guidance to our nursing staff, implementing clinical programs, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and mentor our dedicated nursing team.
- Develop, implement, and monitor clinical programs and protocols.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Oversee quality improvement initiatives and performance metrics.
- Manage clinical budgets and resources effectively.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals for optimal resident care.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications :
- Active RN license in good standing in Washington
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (MSN preferred).
- 8-10 years of skilled nursing experience, with at least 5 years in leadership.
- Proven track record in program development and implementation.
- Strong grasp of quality improvement methodologies.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
