About the Role : The purpose of the Emergency Service Technician Team Lead is to provide high quality medical support and nursing care to companion animal patients.

In addition, this position is recognized as a leadership role, and as such is responsible for the general oversight and workflow efficiency of the hospital and client / patient services during your shift.

Our team Leads partner with co-team leads to build and maintain a cohesive, well-trained, efficient ER team, while collaborating with ER DVMs to continually evaluate the ever-changing needs and growth demands of the ER service.
