As a
Chronic Registered Nurse (RN), you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a variety of healthcare settings.
You'll utilize your nursing expertise to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide comprehensive nursing care, including administering medications, interpreting diagnostic tests, and developing individualized care plans.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, other healthcare providers, and patients to achieve desired outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families about their condition and treatment plan.
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and comprehensively.
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, including HIPAA regulations.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications :
- Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing
- Current RN license in the state of practice
- Minimum 1 year of previous nursing experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Current CPR certification
- Annual physical
- Two professional references
- U.S. citizen or proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
Physical Requirements :
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and maneuver patients and equipment
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
- Ability to bend, stoop, and reach
- Ability to respond to emergency situations
