We're seeking a Senior Engineer to work in our Land Development Department. This position offers a hybrid work schedule. We are looking for enthusiastic leaders committed to life-long learning and constantly expanding their knowledge of their discipline.

Associates play an active role in the firm's pursuit to reach its goals by not only performing at the top of their game for their specific position but looking at the bigger picture to assist the firm in meeting its business development goals.

Job Details

  • Plan, organize, and manage multiple projects
  • Knowledge and expertise in planning, design, and construction of Land Development projects
  • Ability to communicate with agencies and clients effectively
  • Must adhere to and follow all firm-wide policies and procedures as they relate to human resources management, project management, financial management, client relations, quality assurance and control, and business development
  • Ability to research, analyze, and present technical performance and project measures
  • Manage multiple projects with strict adherence to budgets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be detail oriented with excellent organization and project management skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual personal performance goals (i.e. leads by example)
  • Track record of successful staff integration and team building at multiple levels of management
  • Registered engineer in the state of California

Requirements :

  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
  • Five years of Land Development design experience
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
  • Excellent technical, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently on several concurrent projects and participate in the entire design process
  • Ability to supervise multiple employees and projects, and work in a team environment
  • Good working knowledge of public agency standards and guidelines
  • Good understanding and working knowledge of all plans, reports, studies, etc. required for land development projects
