With a growing brand of 4 clinics nationwide and a growing client base, Identity Hormones and Healthcare is looking for a per diem Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to support our Denver clinic location in CO!

WHAT WE DO

Identity Hormones and Healthcare is a specialty medical clinic offering exceptional care for the LGBTQIA+ community and its allies throughout Phoenix, Denver, Salt Lake City and Henderson.

Our services include gender affirming care for transgender men and women, testosterone replacement therapy for cisgender men and women, HIV and PrEP care, STD / STI testing and treatment, weight management and concierge medicine.

JOB SUMMARY

Our per diem Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) role is a unique opportunity to form lasting relationships with patients in the community, while helping to optimize their health and wellness.

You will provide direct patient care to include initial evaluation and assessment of patient needs, administering weekly treatments, and monitoring ongoing progress of patients.

Job Type : Per Diem

Requirements : NP license or PA-C

Pay : $55

Shifts : Monday-Friday, day shifts
