Picture this : the roar of high-speed engines, the thrill of competition, and the aroma of globally inspired cuisine-all under one roof.

At F1 Arcade, we're not just building venues; we're creating destinations where excitement knows no bounds.

As the Director of Operations for our upcoming Washington, D.C. location, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, shaping the blueprint for our expansion across the nation.

This isn't just a job; it's a chance to leave your mark on an industry-defining venture.

As our venue leader, you will build the F1 Arcade culture, represent our values and lead by example.

What You'll Do :

  • Lead with Integrity : Ignite and inspire your team, fostering a culture of excellence and camaraderie that accelerates success.
  • Craft Exhilarating Experiences : From training programs to podium-worthy brand-building initiatives, you'll inject the positive energy of the F1 Arcade experience.

Why You?

You're a trailblazer. You thrive in the fast lane of a high-paced, high- volume environment, excel at building high-octane teams, and have a knack for turning vision into reality.

With your leadership skills and unwavering commitment to excellence, you're ready to take on the challenge of redefining entertainment as we know it.

To thrive in the role of Director of Operations at F1 Arcade, you'll need a proven track record of excellence in high-volume ($10MM+) restaurant or entertainment management, ideally spanning over three years.

Your ability to inspire and manage teams, delegate effectively, and cultivate strong interpersonal connections will set you apart.

This position is responsible for understanding the operations of our business and being in ongoing communication with our departmental managers to ensure "best practices" as it pertains to ways to improve our offerings and execution.

Financial acumen is crucial and a requirement to success (P&L), and while a background in hospitality management education isn't mandatory, it's the checkered flag on showcasing your commitment to excellence in every aspect of our industry.

What's in It for You?

  • Pole Position Compensation : A rewarding salary package of $120,000-$150,000, plus additional bonuses, commensurate with your experience and expertise.
  • Pit Stop Benefits : Medical, dental, and vision plans for you and your pit crew, ensuring your well-being both on and off the track.
  • Work / Life Balance : We understand the importance of balance, offering generous holiday allowances, PTO, and a supportive environment where your personal and professional growth are equally valued.
  • Future Opportunities : With our ambitious expansion plans, the checkered flag is just the beginning. Join us now and carve out your path to success with future 401K options, company stock, and more.
