Our client, a prominent global law firm, seeks an experienced, versatile Sr. Manager of Professional Development to join their team in their NYC office.
The ideal candidate possesses advanced knowledge of the legal industry, as well as leadership experience in a professional develoopment role.
This candidate will oversee the development of firm-wide training for Associates, as well as implement trainings for skill gaps identified within the firm.
An ability to identify and implement new learning strategies, as well as an ability to drive companies forward through improving individual performance are key facets of this position.
