Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.
• Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and or business solution.
• Research, gather and synthesize information.
• Knowledge in Banking, Payments experience.
• Excellent in Agile process and Jira tools for managing the Agile Delivery.

Basic Qualifications :

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Banking Payments.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in FS as Business Analyst.
• Associate's Degree.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Project Management Body of Knowledge PMBOK.
• Estimation and Planning.
• Risk Management.
• Scope Management.
