We are currently partnered with a reputable healthcare facility in the vibrant area west of Albuquerque, New Mexico, seeking a dedicated and skilled Full-Time Med / Surg Registered Nurse to join their dynamic team.
Position Overview : As a Full-Time Med / Surg Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced medical-surgical environment.
Utilizing your clinical expertise, you will assess patient conditions, administer medications, implement treatment plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to patients in the medical-surgical unit.
- Monitor patient vital signs and assess their overall condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and post-discharge care.
Qualifications :
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Mexico.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in a medical-surgical nursing role (preferred).
- New grads welcome to apply
- BLS and ACLS certification required.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
