PAP Specialist

A company is looking for a PAP Specialist to manage patient interactions and ensure compliance with healthcare guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule appointments for customers to pick up PAP equipment and provide usage instructions

Prepare and submit audit paperwork for Medicare and insurance claims to ensure compliance

Monitor and manage clients on Positive Airway Pressure devices to encourage compliance

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

One (1) year of work-related experience in healthcare administration, insurance customer service, or related fields

Two (2) years of work-related experience required for senior level, including one (1) year of exact job experience

Experience in a Medicare certified HME, Diabetic, Pharmacy, or home medical supplies environment is preferred
