Translator-Traditional Chinese

Overview

The Translator will provide Translation services for individuals with a language barrier. Translation will consist of but not limited to Education, Legal, Medical, Environmental, and Social Services, etc. This position performs all duties and responsibilities in accordance with the Mission, Vision, and Core Values of Cayuse.

Responsibilities

• Accurately translated situations like lectures, conversations, meetings, medical, and or legal.
• Translators shall remain HIPAA compliant when interpreting or translating in a healthcare setting.
• Abide by the client's policies.
• Abide by the American Translators Association Code of Ethics.
• Render a complete and accurate translation without altering, omitting, or adding anything to what is stated or written, and without explanation.
• Sensitive to the culture of the original languages and the target languages during the translation process.
• Other duties as assigned.

Pay Range

USD $45.00 - USD $65.00 / Hr.
