We are looking for people that would embrace and be very comfortable in being a technical trouble shooter and assist the Driver / Tester (AVO) when vehicle has issues.
Driver will need to recover the driver if AVO cannot get vehicle back in restart.
In this role, you will oversee various initiatives and strive to achieve team goals. This position is tasked with operating in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with cross-functional organizations.

The ideal candidate has a customer-first mindset and aims to deliver high-quality service in every customer interaction.
Schedules :
3-4 days per week, 8 hours per day, Must be flexible to work 1 weekend day
Shifts :
Day : 8 : 30AM-4 : 00PM
Night : 4 : 30PM-12 : 00AM
Hours are subject to change based on business needs
As a Virtual Driver and troubleshooter you'll :
- Effectively monitor autonomous vehicle operations.
- Respond to and manage critical mission needs.
- Assist the fleet of vehicles by providing remote guidance in complex situations.
- Assist with testing and data collection.
- Work closely with SW, QA and UX to improve the Tele Ops Interface.
- Willingness to work flexible shift hours.
Requirements
- Excellent driving history with no criminal history
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Experience in high-stress situations, including knowledge of de-escalation techniques
- Fast-paced work environment experience
- Possess a customer service mindset and helpfulness
- Must be able to : Use radio communication systemsUse mobile applicationsSit in a vehicle for long hoursTravel to different company sites for trainingListen effectively, follow instructions and act promptly given instructions via radio communicationsDrive a vehicle in heavy traffic, assertivelyFollow navigation instructions exactly per in-vehicle systemsFollow processes exactly as outlined and take initiative to execute
Nice to Have :
