Job Description
- Develop detailed project plans, including time-lines, budgets, and resource requirements
- Only on-site one day a week, in office for other 4.
- Ability to estimate during the project
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful project completion
- Ensure that projects are completed within the scope, time-line, and budget outlined in the project plan
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including project schedules, and progress reports

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management
- 5+ years of experience in Construction
- Have run multiple projects from conception to completion
- Excellent communication skills with various parties including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients
- JOC experience is required
- Estimating experience preferred
