Senior Vice President, Global Solutions

The SVP of Global Solutions will maintain overall P&L responsibility as well as responsibility for overseeing all program management activities for the Global Solutions business segment, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This role requires a strategic leader with a strong background in aerospace program management, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving program success.

Essential Functions :

• Overall responsibility for oversight of business segment revenue, expenses, and strategy implementation to increase profitability.
• Develop and implement program strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives and vision.
• Provide leadership and direction to the program management team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with senior executives to define program goals, priorities, and resource allocation.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple aerospace programs, ensuring they meet client requirements and industry standards.
• Monitor program performance, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Ensure adherence to program schedules, budgets, and quality metrics.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, regulatory bodies, and other key stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for program-related inquiries and issues, ensuring effective communication and resolution.
• Allocate resources effectively across programs, ensuring optimal utilization of personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Lead efforts to attract, retain, and develop top talent within the program management team.
• Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Conduct financial analysis and reporting, providing insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
• Ensure all programs comply with industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Implement robust risk management frameworks to identify and mitigate potential issues.
• Drive innovation in program management practices, leveraging new technologies and methodologies.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging feedback and implementing process enhancements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

• Proven track record of successfully managing complex aerospace programs from inception to completion.
• Strong understanding of aerospace industry regulations, standards, and trends.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing large budgets.

Education / Certifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred.

Experience :

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in program management.
• 10+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Extensive experience in the aerospace industry.

Security Clearance :

Ability to obtain / maintain a Top Secret DoD clearance, U.S. Citizenship required.
