Job Title : Registered Nurse

Job Duration : 13 weeks
Shift : Night 3x12-Hour (19 : 00 - 07 : 30)
Guaranteed Hours : 36-hour work week, including weekends
Experience : Minimum of 12 months of Medical-Surgical experience; Preferably with Inpatient Rehab experience. Skilled nursing experience is a second preferred experience.
License : Oregon CNA license must be in hand at time of submission; Oregon RN license is not required at time of submission.
Certifications : Epic Charting experience is required
Must-Have : Current profile document with finalized time off and a minimum of one supervisor reference from the last 12 months.
All relevant certifications listed in the job description and a recent Nursys must be provided, even if an Oregon RN license is not currently in hand.
Job Description :
- Provide patient care as an Inpatient Rehab Registered Nurse
- Work 12-hour night shifts from 19 : 00 to 07 : 30, including weekends
- First to float to affiliate hospitals nearby if required
- Complete required modules pre-start and annually (up to 8 hours); hours are factored into Non-Billable Orientation and vary based on specialty
- Experience with Epic Charting is a hard stop requirement
- RTO must be finalized at time of submission; additional RTO requests after submission may result in removal from consideration or contract cancellation
- Former permanent employees may not submit to travel positions for six months after their employment termination date
