About the Role :

Join the KEVA team as a Volleyball Referee and help create a fun and engaging environment for young athletes! In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for officiating games while fostering a positive sportsmanship atmosphere. Bring your passion for volleyball and make a difference in the lives of our players!

Responsibilities :

  • Officiate volleyball games for youth players, ensuring fair play and adherence to rules.
  • Communicate effectively with players, coaches, and parents during matches.
  • Monitor game flow and manage game time, including timeouts and substitutions.
  • Provide constructive feedback to players to enhance their skills and understanding of the game.
  • Maintain a positive and encouraging atmosphere throughout the games.
  • Assist in setting up and taking down equipment before and after matches.
  • Attend training sessions to stay updated on volleyball rules and officiating techniques.
  • Resolve any disputes or conflicts on the court in a calm and professional manner.

    • Requirements :

  • Previous experience in officiating volleyball or similar sports preferred.
  • Strong understanding of volleyball rules and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
  • First Aid / CPR certification is a plus.
  • Passion for youth sports and commitment to fostering a positive environment.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a background check.
