This position is commission-based, with the potential to earn $125,000 - $300,000+ annually after approximately one year.
During the training period, a set salary will be provided for the first 3 months.

Compensation :
$125,000 - $300,000 - Commission Based Pay
Responsibilities :
- Adhere to model home staff hours : Friday - Monday, 12-4 pm (weekends required), with Wednesdays and Thursdays off
- Work hours range from 50-60+ hours per week
- Attend all team meetings and provide insights to Sales and Marketing Management on improving sales performance and customer satisfaction
- Follow the Tim O'Brien Homes Sales Process, maintaining a thorough understanding of all contract documentation, financing processes, options, and minimum standards as detailed in Sales Training
- Provide outstanding customer service at all stages of the construction process from sale to close, to post-close interactions.
Maintain an Avid customer satisfaction rating in the top 10% in the US
- Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with past and present customers, as well as future prospects, to effectively leverage opportunities for obtaining customer referrals
- Demonstrate initiative in problem-solving customer journey management concerns throughout the sales and construction process, attending various customer orientations and construction updates
- Utilize CRM tools to track interactions, manage leads, and follow up with prospective customers
Qualifications :
- High achievement drive and the ability to work independently

- Ability to establish and nurture trust with customers, trade partners, and employees
- Adaptability in dynamic market conditions
- Ability to read and comprehend detailed construction blueprints, specifications, and basic development drawings, including redlining plans (with training)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Outlook (email), Microsoft Teams, and Zoom. Training provided for Bluebeam / Revit and HubSpot
- Must have a valid Real Estate License in the State of Wisconsin or be willing to obtain one within the first 60 days
