JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Administrative Coordinator to provide overall management of a healthcare facility's operation during scheduled duty time, in the absence of administrative staff and department directors.
This role involves coordinating, supervising, and administering patient and family issues, as well as fostering teamwork and maintaining effective communication among staff and departments.
The ideal candidate will have an Associate's Degree or Diploma in Nursing, current RN licensure in the State of Florida, and three to five years of management experience as a charge or supervising RN.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage facility's operation in the absence of administrative staff and department directors
- Coordinate, supervise, and administer patient and family issues
- Foster teamwork and maintain effective communication among staff and departments
- Make staffing decisions and coordinate bed assignments
REQUIREMENTS
- Associate's Degree or Diploma in Nursing, Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Current RN licensure for the State of Florida
- Three to five years management experience as a charge or supervising RN
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Intermediate computer knowledge
