Location : French Island or West Ave. S La Crosse, WI
Starting Wage : $18.00 / hour - $20.00 / hour
Shift : Part-Time nights : Between the hours of 6 : 00pm 6 : 00am
Work Schedule Requirements :
- Must be available to work at least 4 hours per shift
- Must be available to work at least 2 days per week
Typical Day in the Role :
The Production Associate is responsible for tasks that include :
- Operating equipment to prepare printed labels for shipment to customers
- Inspecting and packaging printed product based on customer specifications
- Driving production line performance to ensure efficient and safe operations
- Cross-training in other roles across the production environment
- Problem solving issues that arise
- Effectively working as a team member to meet production and company goals
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or general education degree required
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude
- Willingness to utilize and learn new technology
