JF Restaurants by Michelin-Starred and Award-winning Chef John Fraser is hiring for a skilled Pizza Cook  t o craft high-quality, handcrafted pizzas using our traditional brick oven in Winthrop Center in Boston’s financial district. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fresh ingredients, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and cook pizzas in a brick oven to order.
• Stretch and shape dough by hand to ensure consistency and quality.
• Apply toppings, sauces, and cheese according to menu specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep and cooking area.
• Monitor oven temperature and cooking times to ensure pizzas are cooked to perfection.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Pay attention to the quality and appearance of prepared ingredients.
• Report any issues or concerns regarding ingredient quality to the chef.
• Work efficiently to ensure that prep work is completed in a timely manner.
• Prioritize tasks based on the kitchen's needs and service schedule.
