Summary
The Billing Training Analyst will provide system and content-based education, analysis, reporting and hospital revenue cycle billing expertise to support all facility PFS roles and facility departments.
Position will be responsible for operations specific training, such as Billing, Collections and Customer Service within the revenue cycle of Patient Financial Services.
The Billing Training Analyst will be responsible for development, design, administration and management of training materials included in the Training Delivery- Operational function.
This specific role will focus primarily on the effective delivery of back-end revenue cycle process training. The ideal candidate for this position will bring either training experience, or experience working with and coaching others on the revenue cycle process.
2+years of Revenue Cycle experience, Healthcare Industry, specifically business office operations required. Prior experience supporting claims, insurance and / or medical billing organizations.
Experience delivering trainings, facilitating meetings, or public speaking. Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills.
Strong knowledge of compliance needs related to HIPAA privacy rules, CMS claim submission rules, JCAHO and other standard regulatory guidelines for hospital billing.
Ability to identify the developmental needs of others and coaching, mentoring, or otherwise helping others to improve their knowledge skills.
- Comfort delivering presentations to multiple levels of employees and leadership. Proficient in MS Office Suite, Including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Outlook.
