The firms only work with plaintiff representation related to Labor & Employment Law.
Responsibilities :
- Engage in a variety of labor-related legal matters, such as collective bargaining, wage and hour disputes, discrimination claims, and employee rights.
- Conduct thorough legal research and draft articulate legal documents.
- Collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment, managing multiple tasks with precision.
Qualifications :
- Admission to the CA state bar with good standing.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
- Exceptional legal research, writing, and communication skills.
- Experience in Employment and Labor law, including internships or clerkships is a plus.
Senior Attorney qualifications are a plus for motivated candidates (Class Action litigation, managing complex labor law cases, and leadership skills).
