- Responsible for monitoring "Customer satisfaction" and ensuring prompt action and resolution of all customer issues (Examples include taking requests for quotes, processing orders, and providing follow-up / status, to customers via telephone, fax, email, and internet portals.
- Provide in-service support for escalated issues and works with other groups to strategize solutions for issue resolution.
Investigates issues thoroughly and maintains comprehensive information pertaining to customer issues.
- CSR strives to ensure that the company monthly booking (sales) goals are met.
- The position requires CSR’s to log a minimum of daily calls.
- Facilitate communication between the customer and the appropriate company department such as manufacturing, planning, and quality.
Communicates regularly with clients to ensure the company is meeting their expectations.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Ability to work Shift : M-F 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM
- Aerospace industry is preferred but not required
