Responsibilities :
- Provide individual and group counseling to students experiencing social, emotional, or behavioral issues.
- Conduct assessments to identify students' needs and develop appropriate intervention strategies.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to create a supportive and responsive learning environment.
- Participate in IEP meetings and support the development of Individualized Education Programs for students with special needs.
- Connect families with munity resources and services to enhance students' well-being.
Qualifications :
- Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) required.
- Valid Illinois School Social Worker certification.
- Experience in a school setting preferred.
- Strong munication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
