The Job / What You'll Do :

As the Manager for Testing Center of Excellence, you will play a transformational role in ensuring the highest quality of our software solutions.

You will lead a team of talented QA professionals and drive the testing strategy for our cutting-edge projects. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining our commitment to delivering top-notch products leveraging best-in-class automation harness.

We can consider candidates for this position who are able to accommodate a hybrid work schedule and are close to one of our following offices : Concord, CA, Atlanta, GA or Encino, CA.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage the Testing Center of Excellence, fostering a culture of quality and innovation.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies, governance and plans for initiatives across Assetmark.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional QA team leads directly, including development, product management, and operations, to ensure seamless integration of testing processes.
  • Mentor and guide QA team members, providing continuous feedback and professional development opportunities.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in software testing and quality assurance.
  • Drive the adoption of automation tools and techniques to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of testing progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :

  • Proven experience in leading and managing QA teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Experience with automation testing tools and frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, Cucumber and knowledge of performance, test data management including service virtualization.

Education & Experience :

  • Prior experience as a leader / manager of Testing COEs
  • Hands on automation experience
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field

Compensation : The Base Salary range for this position is between $140,000-$150,000. This information reflects a base salary range that AssetMark reasonably expects to pay for the position based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and actual work location.

This position will also be eligible for additional variable incentive compensation and competitive benefits.

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US to be considered. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position.
