Salary : $100,000-$110,000

Other Forms of Compensation : Comprehensive Benefits Package

Job Summary

To support our growth we’re looking for an Executive Chef. This is an amazing role responsible for the culinary quality, innovation and experience of our operation.

You’ll have an amazing team who you will motivate, train, develop and direct to deliver delicious & nutritious food!

The role will be based in Seattle, WA.

The great things you’ll do :

• Design, manage and own the overall experience.
• You’ll set an expectation of hospitality that is friendly and that truly engages our guests.
• You will upskill, train and develop your team to the highest standards.
• Follow all menu and production / preparation expectations and prepare well balanced meals.
• Be creative and mindful when preparing our event & catering menus.
• You’ll create a culture of Food and Workplace Safety & ensure that all café operations meet fantastic standards.
• You will contribute to the successful opening of all new Cafés.

What we look for in the perfect candidate :

• Degree in Culinary Arts preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong passion for great food and hospitality.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Maintain a positive attitude under pressure and motivate team.
• Working knowledge of GSuite platform including Sheets, Slides, Docs & Gmail.
• Ability to follow all Health & Safety standards.
