Job Title : Trust and Estate Planning Associate Attorney
Job Overview :
A prominent law firm is seeking an Associate to join its Estate Planning & Trusts practice in Boca Raton, Florida. This role presents an excellent opportunity to contribute to a respected team at an AmLaw 100 firm, providing valued legal services to a diverse clientele.
Duties :
- Advise clients on estate planning and trust administration matters.
- Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on tax and estate planning issues.
- Collaborate with clients and other attorneys to develop comprehensive estate plans.
- Assist in complex commercial real estate transactions.
- Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
Requirements :
- 2-3 years of corporate / transactional experience.
- Knowledge in tax and estate planning.
- Membership in the Florida Bar.
Education :
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- L.L.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning preferred.
Certifications :
Florida Bar membership is required.
Skills :
- Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to engage productively in team environments.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
