Job Description
- Assist in all aspects of the construction process.
- Schedule all trade & manpower activities for efficient work flow.
- Attend pre-bid meetings & walk-throughs, as required.
- Seek opportunities to improve project efficiency.
- Track long lead items & material procurement.
- Prepare & distribute project schedules.
- Coordinate all required inspections (municipal, material, etc.).
- Host weekly subcontractor coordination meetings & provide detailed meeting minutes.
- Hold start-up meetings with subcontractors to review scope of work, schedule & safety requirements.
- Manage efficient & timely project close-out including punch list completion, as-built review, attic stock demobilization, etc.
- Maintain and enforce current OSHA required certifications.

The Successful Applicant
- At least 10+ years of experience in a Superintendent capacity
- Experience leading $20M+ projects is a plus
- Ability to lead and take initiative
- Commercial construction experience
- Self-motivated individual
- Proficient in the entire Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Project)
- Proven track record of effectively and efficiently managing job sites
- Team oriented individual
- Ability to develop relationships w / on-site teams and clients
