Minimum 1+ years occupational therapy experience required.
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Lawrence, Massachusetts. This full-time position is ideal for a motivated professional looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients.
We prefer candidates with experience in the field, and bilingual skills in Spanish are highly desired.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic interventions to clients to improve their daily living and work skills.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including other therapists, educators, and healthcare providers.
Qualifications :
- Masters or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Massachusetts.
- Previous experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
