Our client, a reputable commercial construction company in Boston is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager to join their team.
The successful candidate will lead projects from inception through completion while ensuring that the project remains within scope, budget and timeline.
Qualifications :
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a senior-level project manager with ground-up commercial construction expertise
Skills :
- Excellent communication (written & verbal), negotiation, problem-solving abilities
- Strong leadership qualities including ability to inspire teams towards achieving common goals
- Ability manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Responsibilities include but not limited to :
Project Management : Oversee all aspects of assigned projects which includes developing detailed work plans / timelines / budgets / schedules;
managing subcontractors / vendors etc
- Team Leadership : Provide effective guidance & supervision over internal staffs / sub-contractors regarding safety compliance regulations ,quality control standards, cost management protocols on site
- Relationship Building : Build strong relationships with clients stakeholders architects engineers regulatory authorities local communities etc
