To learn more, visit www.AlacritySolutions.com . Summary / objective The R egional Hotel Coordinator position will include working closely with insureds that need temporary hotel accommodations due to damage to their home.
In short, as a claim comes in, the hotel coordinator reaches out to the insured via phone to collect their basic needs, special requests, and any other details with the main goal being to place them in a hotel expeditiously.
This may include but not be limited to : rate negotiations, coordinating moves from one hotel to another, confirmation of paperwork and ensuring the check in process is seamless and confirm coordination of accommodations with insureds adjuster.
They will also facilitate long-term housing should that be needed as well. The Regional Hotel Coordinator is expected to be a sharp, high-energy, detail-oriented individual who possesses excellent interpersonal skills, telephone etiquette and verbal communication skills.

Input new referrals sent to us via email or direct call Confirm Department Zenya notifications Data Entry Daily Interaction with Insureds, adjusters, and hotels File Audits Problem Solving Negotiation of pricing with the hotel when needed Initial contact with both the adjuster and the Insured Securing hotels in a timely manner Processing paperwork quickly to ensure the guest is set up Return emails and voicemails in a timely manner Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position.
Job has no responsibility for the supervision of others. Perform other projects and tasks as required by management Participation in the holiday on-call rotation Be available to work beyond normal working hours when THD initiates CAT services Competencies To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily.

Must be available during the core hours of 7 : 00AM to 7 : 00PM CST. During any THD designated catastrophe you may be required to work additional hours including evenings and weekends.

15-$23.07 per hour Travel required Must be able to travel for required training and team building which may include overnight stays in a hotel.
Required education and experience High school diploma or the equivalent (GED) Preferred education and experience 1-2 years of Insurance Housing or hotel related experience preferred .
