Qualifications
- Masters or doctoral degree in Social WorkMarriage and Family Therapy Mental Health Counseling or Psychologyfrom an accredited institution
- Current andvalid licensure as an LCSW LMHC or LMFT in thestate
- Expertise in evidencebased treatmentmodalities for mood disorders such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy(DBT)
- Strong understanding ofpsychopharmacology and the ability to collaborate effectively withpsychiatrists and other medicalprofessionals
- Proven track record of deliveringsuccessful outcomes in treating mooddisorders
- Excellent communication skills andthe ability to establish rapport with clients from diversebackgrounds

Responsibilities
- Conducting intake assessments to evaluateclients mental health concerns strengths andneeds
- Developing and implementingindividualized treatment plans based on assessment findings andclient goals
- Providing individual group andfamily therapy using evidencebased modalities such ascognitivebehavioral therapy (CBT) dialectical behavior therapy(DBT) or solutionfocused therapy
- Monitoring anddocumenting clients progress in therapy adjusting treatment plansas needed
- Collaborating with other healthcareprofessionals such as psychiatrists primary care physicians or casemanagers to coordinate comprehensive care forclients
- Advocating for clients rights andaccess to appropriate mental health services and communityresources
- Maintaining confidentiality andadhering to ethical standards of practice as outlined by statelicensing boards and professionalorganizations
