Our prep cooks work in a fast-paced environment. Employees must have a positive work attitude, be detail oriented and work well with the other team members.
Prep cooks also mut know and follow all sanitation and cleanliness procedures. They must follow proper knife handling, follow a prep list and have a willingness to cross train at other stations and help when other team members are out.
