What you'll do The Senior Director of Growth Analytics will work closely with various business functions such as product led growth, lifecycle marketing, operations, experimentation, and performance marketing teams to help grow the overall business.

They will be responsible for sizing opportunities, scaling all optimization efforts, and reporting on full-funnel performance.

They will be experts with data definitions, within the Growth organization as well as the optimization for performance marketing costs and returns.

This leader’s business acumen will serve them well when they contribute to forecast and planning scenarios. To do so, this person will attract, build, and manage a highly talented team.

They would need to have data wrangling skills - to pull and clean data, ability to do exploratory data analysis, understand patterns, create hypotheses related to the business decision and help validate them through experimentation or modeling.

They will need strong business acumen to determine true impact to the business in the form of the complete initiative, forecast and planning expectations.

Expectations are that the Senior Director of Growth Analytics will be hands on and have an extreme ownership approach. While delegation is crucial for success, it is important for this Senior Director to be hands on.

This position is a people manager role reporting to the Group Vice President, E-Commerce and Product-Led Growth. Responsibility Speak to full-funnel performance of the self-serve (e.

Digital) route-to-market and business Guide leadership and operations with forecast and planning inputs and efforts Be a strategic partner to the product led growth (PLG) team to drive the business forward Manage analytics intake process for prioritization, transparency and accountability Create and implement the vision to ramp and improve testing within the Growth organization Identify new approaches, create data definitions and build the necessary assets to scale insights Oversee business case creation and opportunity sizing of various cross-functional initiatives Develop dashboards to share ongoing performance of the self-serve business Attract world-class talent and build a strong team and inclusive culture Job Designation Hybrid : Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work.

Access to an office location is required. (Frequency : Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation) Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role / job.

What you bring Basic Master’s degree or higher in a STEM field or MBA with 15+ years experience Experience with recurring revenue models (e.

g. Monthly / Annual Recurring Revenue) Ability to partner with data engineers to help codify the data wrangling scripts into long term data quality strategies to improve our overall data health Ability to create a size an opportunity and create a comprehensive business case 8+ years of prior domain knowledge in paid marketing and / or funnel optimization Experience working with Microsoft Excel and / or Google Sheets Preferred Exceptional communication skills at all levels (executive and junior analyst) Strong grasp on statistical fundamentals - regression, clustering, causal inference A collaborative attitude Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, Looker or similar dashboarding tool Wage Transparency Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations : California : $195,500 - $315,775 base salary This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
