Program Manager Value Based Agreement

A company is looking for a Program Manager of Value Based Agreement Growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a portfolio of programs focused on operational improvements and capability development to support VBA growth

Perform research on operating models to deliver population health in various market environments

Synthesize multiple inputs to produce materials for executive presentations based on Operations pillar work

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree

Knowledge of value-based care and population health

Previous experience in an ACO strongly preferred

Previous experience with Medicare Shared Savings Plan (MSSP) and / or ACO REACH strongly preferred

Strong technical skills (Tableau, PowerBI, Quest Analytics, Innovaccer) strongly preferred
