Apply now for the position of Field Operations Director - Site Installations of Medical Imaging Equipment and you will manage day to day business operations of the zone delivery and installation team.

Your role :

• You own resolution of logistical and operational issues including Missing / Damaged parts, freight carrier and customer satisfaction issues
• You partner with vendor management, and PMO and other support functions to drive continuous improvement initiatives
• You provide input and secondary oversight of the Zone Revenue Forecast including coordination and management of regional forecast reviews
• You manage activities to accelerate schedules or mitigate projects scheduled risks in support of zone revenue goals.
• You maintain accurate and up to date forecast information in the appropriate tools
• You assist the team in managing Non-Conforming costs (including obtaining necessary approvals) and analyzes NCC data to identify opportunities for improvement / cost reduction.

Works with Project Managers to help recover outstanding non-conforming costs. Drives cost reduction initiatives based on analysis of data.

• You train and mentor field Project Managers, including coordination and oversight of on-the-Job Training (OJT) for new PMs
• You develop, implement and optimize local processes across zone functions, improves interfaces and handoffs between business areas.
• You support activities to accelerate the book to bill revenue cycle.
• You provide leadership and support for risk intervention and recommends / implements mitigation measures to prevent schedule slippage.
• You provide management and oversight of "Bulk orders" in backlog
• You continuously monitor all projects as reported weekly via BRIDGE and SAP to achieve company's business objectives.
• You drive and ensure site readiness including remote diagnostics.
• You provide direct support, direction and leadership for Project Managers in critical situations.
• You are the poxy for Zone Vice President, with dotted line oversight of all employees in zone.

Your expertise :

Proven track record with 10+ years of successful experience in a directly related field and successful demonstration of key responsibilities as presented above.

Siemens Project Management Experience / Siemens Experience)

• Required BS / BA in related discipline or advanced degree. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• High degree of business acumen to include standard competencies (financial, market positioning, healthcare industry, and customer), in order to make sound decisions
• Ability to apply complex knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of particular area of specialization.
• Ability to communicate at all levels of an organization
• Conflict resolution skills - External & Internal
• Excellent presentation skills to include creating and presenting training materials
• Additional experience working with customer C-level preferred
• Strong work ethic and committed to do what it takes to get the job done on time and with high quality

The pay range for this position is $ 132,550 - $ 171,530 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

The annual incentive target is 15% of base pay. Siemens Healthineers offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.
