FIELD APPLICATION ENGINEER In The GPS / Drone Space US East coast (preferably NYC, DC area, or Rochester, NY area) $90,000 - $110,000

As a Field Application Engineer , you will play a key role in supporting our client's US-based customers both pre-sale and post-sale.
Reporting directly to the President, who leads sales and operations in the US, you will serve as his right hand and technical expert, ensuring seamless product integration and customer satisfaction.
This role is ideal for a technical professional with a strong background in electronics, especially in drone integration and GPS technologies.
A military background and experience with unmanned aerial systems (UAS) / drones will be highly valued.
Qualifications
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide pre-sale technical consultation and support to prospective customers to demonstrate the value and integration process of infiniDome’s products.
- Deliver post-sale customer support , ensuring successful deployment and integration of our solutions into customer platforms.
- Assist the President in managing day-to-day customer relationships and operational tasks.
- Act as a technical liaison between the US-based customers and the product development team to ensure alignment of customer needs with infiniDome's solutions.
- Travel occasionally to customer sites to provide hands-on support and troubleshoot any technical issues.
Qualifications :
- 3+ years of experience in a related technical field, with a focus on electronics integration.
- Drone integration experience is strongly preferred; experience with GPS technology is a plus.
- Electronics technician or engineer background is required.
- Military experience (especially in the drone or GPS sector) is a significant advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
