Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate family therapy sessions via Zoom for adult patients and their caregiversProvide guidance and support to families to promote patient progress and effective home supportCoordinate with the treatment team and contribute to patient assessments and discharge planningRequired Qualifications, Training, and EducationResidency in the state of IllinoisTwo years of post-master's family therapy experience (preferred)Two years of post-master's experience in higher levels of care (preferred)Licensure such as LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD, or Associate licensure (e.
