Schedule

12-hour rotating shifts, with a mix of weekend hours :

  • Friday : 3 : 30 PM - 12 : 00 AM (with call 12 : 00 AM - 8 : 00 AM)
  • Saturday : 8 : 00 AM - 8 : 00 PM (with call 8 : 00 PM - 8 : 00 AM)
  • Sunday : 8 : 00 AM - 8 : 00 PM (with call until midnight)

    • Job Description

    The Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer performs imaging services for in-patient and out-patient cases. Responsibilities include conducting general ultrasound, lower venous (DVT) ultrasound, and breast ultrasound, utilizing GE / Cerner systems effectively.

    Responsibilities

  • Perform various ultrasound procedures, including general, OB, small parts, and lower leg venous ultrasound.
  • Respond to calls as scheduled and participate in night rotations with other ultrasound techs.
  • Ensure accurate imaging for physician review and interpretation.

    • Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

  • 2 years of experience in a similar setting is required.
  • Completed a two-year degree or certification program in Ultrasonography.
  • Certification as a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) is required.
  • COVID and FLU vaccination or approved declination are mandatory.
