Key Responsibilities
Lead recruitment strategy and operations across the organization to attract and hire top talent
Oversee a team of recruiters and develop strategic partnerships with leaders to meet staffing needs
Implement innovative sourcing and workforce planning solutions for current and future recruitment efforts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Prior experience in healthcare recruitment strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of healthcare roles, credentialing, and workforce challenges
Proficiency with ATS / HRIS platforms and recruitment marketing tools
