Were looking for a Senior Administrative Associate to join our high-performing team and provide executive-level support to two members of our leadership team. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of policy, strategy, and operations in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

What You'll Do

As a Senior Administrative Associate, youll be a trusted partner to senior leadership, helping to streamline operations, manage communications, and coordinate strategic initiatives. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Managing complex calendars, meetings, and travel logistics for senior leaders.
  • Preparing briefing materials, agendas, and follow-up documentation.
  • Coordinating high-level meetings with clients, legislators, and stakeholders.
  • Serving as a liaison between leadership and internal / external contacts.
  • Supporting lobbying efforts and advocacy events.
  • Drafting reports, memos, and talking points.
  • Mentoring interns and contributing to firm-wide initiatives.
  • Representing the firm with professionalism and discretion.

What You Bring

  • Associate degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and anticipate needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and virtual meeting platforms.
  • Interest or experience in political and legislative processes is a plus.

  • Travel & Physical Requirements

  • Occasional travel by car will be required for meetings and events.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. for event setup and office support.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Manual dexterity to operate standard office equipment.
  • Must be able to hear and speak clearly to conduct business over phone, video, and in person.
