JOB SUMMARY :

Ensure guests have a positive experience by providing support in the ticket booth by enforcing departmental standards and policies.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO :

• Interact courteously with guests in person
• Assist guests with booking tickets
• Answer general garden questions
• Maintain and enforce basic Dallas Arboretum policies
• Perform other duties, as assigned
