Duties and Responsibilities :

The Full Stack Developer will have strong experience in .Net and PL / SQL development and will possess a solid understanding of both frontend and backend technologies with the ability to design and implement complex software solutions that meet the needs of a government client.

This role demands a professional who can handle both serverside logic and clientside applications ensuring seamless integration and high performance.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Full Stack Development : Design develop and maintain endtoend web applications using .NET technologies (C# ASP.NET MVC) and Oracle PL / SQL for database management.
• FrontEnd Development : Create responsive and userfriendly interfaces using HTML CSS JavaScript and modern frontend frameworks such as Angular React or Vue.js.
• BackEnd Development : Develop and optimize serverside logic services and APIs using .NET technologies. Integrate these with Oracle databases using PL / SQL.
• Database Management : Design develop and maintain PL / SQL scripts stored procedures and triggers to support backend functionality and ensure data integrity.
• System Integration : Work with crossfunctional teams to integrate frontend components with backend services and Oracle databases ensuring smooth data flow and efficient processing.
• Requirements Analysis : Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements translating them into technical specifications and project plans.
• Testing and Debugging : Conduct thorough testing and debugging across the entire application stack to ensure reliability performance and security.
• Documentation : Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for both frontend and backend components including code comments user guides and technical manuals.
• Support and Maintenance : Provide ongoing support for existing applications addressing issues implementing enhancements and ensuring compliance with government regulations.
• Enhance existing business application systems by analyzing business objectives confirming functional and nonfunctional requirements extend functionality of existing application through iterative prototyping development testing and refinement.
• Utilize established development tools guidelines and conventions including but not limited to .NET .NET Core SQL Server Visual Basic and integration to other internal business solutions.
• Prepare and maintain code for various .Net applications and resolve any defects in systems.
• Prepare testbased applications for various .Net applications.
• Manage defect tracking system and resolve all issues and prepare update for systems.
• Investigate and develop skills in new technologies.
• Create technical specifications and test plans.
• Perform requirements gathering design prototyping development testing and deployment of functioning code to support the client Tax Application capabilities.
• Fulfill full project life cycle tasks to include meeting with end users to gather requirement supporting end users in testing and giving postproduction support.
• Design and develop the new TOT module using MVC framework and C# as the core language.
• Develop rich user interfaces using HTML5 CSS3 and C# Razor pages.
• Utilize WebApi HTTP methods to perform CRUD operations.
• Perform attribute routing and error handling using MVC filters.
• Design Database tables for TOT and support data migration from MF.
• Work on business heavy backend batch processes and create them using PL / SQL.
• Construct and modify Tables Stored Procedures and Functions using PL / SQL.
• Perform code reviews and maintain code versions in TFS and GitHub.
• Migrate tax application from TFS to Github and create Azure DevOps pipelines for auto deployments.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in full stack development with a focus on .NET technologies (C# ASP.NET MVC).
• 3 years of experience in Oracle PL / SQL development.
• Proficiency in frontend development using HTML CSS JavaScript and frameworks like Angular React or Vue.js.
• Strong knowledge of backend development with C# ASP.NET MVC.
• Extensive experience with Oracle PL / SQL including stored procedures triggers functions and performance tuning.
• Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI / CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Agile / Scrum development methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Experience working on government or public sector projects with adaptability to work in a government setting understanding compliance and regulatory requirements.

5+ years of experience in full stack development, with a focus on .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, MVC). 3+ years of experience in Oracle PL / SQL development.

Proficiency in front-end development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.js. Strong knowledge of back-end development with C#, ASP.

NET, MVC. Extensive experience with Oracle PL / SQL, including stored procedures, triggers, functions, and performance tuning.

Experience with RESTful API development and integration. Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git. Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI / CD pipelines.

Knowledge of Agile / Scrum development methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Experience working on government or public sector projects with adaptability to work in a government setting, understanding compliance and regulatory requirements.
