We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Operations to join our leadership team and drive operational excellence across our global operations.

Job Summary : The Vice President of Operations will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all operational aspects of our global electronics manufacturing business.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director (MD), the VP of Operations will lead multiple teams, including supply chain, quality, manufacturing, IT, and regional operations, ensuring efficient and effective operations across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, extensive experience in Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement, and a proven track record of managing global operations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Lead and manage Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing, and IT teams.
  • Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee the entire supply chain process to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Develop strategies for inventory management, procurement, and logistics.
  • Ensure that all products meet the highest quality standards.
  • Implement and maintain quality control processes and systems.
  • Manage multi-site manufacturing operations both domestically and globally.
  • Optimize production processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Oversee IT infrastructure and systems to support business operations.
  • Ensure data security and integrity across all systems.
  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and drive organizational change.
  • Lead and develop a team of professionals, including engineers and other technical staff.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
  • Develop and manage operational budgets.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Oversee and manage global operations, ensuring compliance with international regulations.
  • Drive global expansion initiatives and support international market growth.

Education :

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Experience :

  • Minimum of + years managing multi-site operations, including international locations.
  • Proven experience in managing Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing, and IT functions.
  • Previous experience managing engineers and technical teams.

Preferred :

  • Global experience and understanding of international business practices.
  • Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma certification.
